When working on a real estate project as an owner’s representative, we may get involved at the inception of the project or somewhere midstream, but we always follow it through to completion. We have provided services for projects as large as high-rise hotels and as small as a single-family landmark townhouse. Our clients include REITs, corporations and individual property-owners. In the past, we have been retained in the middle of a project due to problems that are causing delays, cost overruns and tension between all the concerned parties.  In these cases, we have always worked through these issues with everyone involved to bring the project to fruition.
