Jeffrey Langsam was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and received his Bachelor of Architecture from the internationally renowned Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, in New York City. He is a registered architect in New York, New Jersey and Florida and currently resides in northern New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
With over 30 years of proven experience in the New York metropolitian area, Jeffrey can provide a full range of architectural and consulting services, including zoning and building code analysis and construction consulting. Jeffrey's company thrives on its creative design capabilities and technical expertise. Above all, Jeffrey is committed to providing his clients with personalized service. At Jeffrey Langsam's architectural firm, we approach each project with the philosophy that the aesthetics and functionality of a building must be integrated. It is our belief that the three-dimensional and spatial sequences throughout a project are just as important as the functional relationship of each space in plan. These relationships can then be enhanced by finishes, color and lighting. Our designs utilize natural materials and finishes wherever possible, and all of our projects are designed with sustainability in mind.
