Gut renovation of a 2,900 sq. ft. office for a maxillofacial surgeon. We designed the office and provided construction administration. The space consists of a procedure room, 4 exam rooms, staff room/kitchen, ADA bathroom, and waiting/reception room, which was designed to feel warm and comfortable while handling a heavy patient load. The office was designed with 3 acoustic accordion walls that allow rooms to be expanded for presentations and seminars.

This 4,000 sq. ft. full floor office space was designed for a venture capital/technology firm. Private offices are located along the perimeter. Partners have glass walled offices that affords them privacy, yet allows light to filter through to the central interior work area. The philosophy of the company is that ideas and productivity are spurred on by impromptu meetings. Different types of meeting areas have been designed to encourage this.

Gut renovation of a ground floor medical office for two surgeons. Each doctor had their own consult room and exam room. There was a shared operating room for in office surgical procedures. High end finishes were used in this project inclusive of wool carpeting, silk wall coverings, and custom cherry doors and cabinetry. The space was designed with a centralized reception area so that the office was conducive to the way the doctors practiced.
