An existing two bedroom 2,500 square foot apartment was gutted and redesigned so as to minimize the circulation space. This allowed the new design to include an entry foyer, expanded kitchen, new powder room and an enlarged master bedroom. Simple, yet elegant finishes were used throughout the apartment to create a more open and serene space.

In this Fifth Avenue co-op, the penthouse apartment was combined with the floor below. A custom stair connects the two floors with a large skylight installed above. The master bedroom suite and public spaces are located on the penthouse level with a wraparound terrace. Window and door openings from the living room, foyer and dining room were expanded for maximum light and views of Central Park. The lower floor was redesigned to include three bedrooms and a sitting/playroom.
